Aashiyana Khandhiya , Lead Medico-legal Case Manager
With a comprehensive background in both clinical practice and healthcare administration, Aashiyana brings a depth of experience to her role. Her previous professional engagements include serving as a nurse in oncology, instructing future healthcare practitioners in academic settings, and providing critical administrative support to multidisciplinary medical teams within clinical environments. She holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and has contributed to the field through published review articles on chromo therapy and Alice in Wonderland Syndrome. Deeply committed to community well-being, she has participated in several public health initiatives, including cancer awareness campaigns, and is an active member of the Indian Red Cross Association.
Outside of work, Aashiyana enjoys solo travel, playing badminton, and capturing the world through photography—especially landscapes and street scenes that reflect the rhythm and beauty of everyday life.

Molly , Scheduling Coordinator
Molly brings a diverse background in client service, scheduling, project coordination, and administrative support to her role as a medical scheduler. Her previous experience includes supporting individuals through disability employment services, coordinating construction projects, and running her own massage therapy practice. Across these roles, she developed strong skills in scheduling, client communication, organization, insurance-related processes, and helping people navigate complex systems with clarity and care.
Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. She values thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and creating a positive, supportive experience for every person she works with. Outside of work, Molly enjoys creating art, cooking, playing games with friends, roller-skating, swimming, and exploring events around the city.
