Aashiyana Khandhiya , Lead Scheduling Coordinator
With a comprehensive background in both clinical practice and healthcare administration, Aashiyana brings a depth of experience to her role. Her previous professional engagements include serving as a nurse in oncology, instructing future healthcare practitioners in academic settings, and providing critical administrative support to multidisciplinary medical teams within clinical environments. She holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and has contributed to the field through published review articles on chromo therapy and Alice in Wonderland Syndrome. Deeply committed to community well-being, she has participated in several public health initiatives, including cancer awareness campaigns, and is an active member of the Indian Red Cross Association.
Outside of work, Aashiyana enjoys solo travel, playing badminton, and capturing the world through photography—especially landscapes and street scenes that reflect the rhythm and beauty of everyday life.
Carrie Llamera , Scheduling Coordinator
Carrie is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business from Washington State University and is set to graduate in 2028. Before joining MACHAON, she worked as a dental assistant, where she gained valuable experience in scheduling, HIPAA compliance, and handling medical documentation. This background has seamlessly transitioned into her role as an exceptional scheduling coordinator. Carrie is highly detail-oriented and possesses a strong desire to learn and grow within her field. In her free time, Carrie enjoys attending live events, traveling to new destinations, and camping with her boyfriend. She also loves spending quality time with her Corgi and Dachshund, who bring joy and companionship to her life.
