James Moriarty, Co-founder and President
James Moriarty is the co-founder and
president. His 25+ years in the medical
evaluations industry includes leadership
roles in marketing, sales, service and
business development. James was the
operations manager and physician recruiter
for Medical Consultants Network where he
oversaw all IME office operations and
expanded the availability of expert
witnesses and IME healthcare professionals.
James holds a BS in Biology from The
University of South Carolina Upstate, an EMT
certificate from Spartanburg Technical
College and a Masters degree in Health
Administration from University of
Washington.

Jennifer Moriarty, Co-founder
Jennifer Moriarty is co-founder and a member
of the management board for Machaon Medical
Evaluations, Inc. She and her husband James
Moriarty, established the company in late 1997
after seeing a need in the marketplace for a
boutique service company in the IME field.
She currently is the owner of Jennifer L.
Moriarty Design, a consulting company for
interior design, focusing on high-end
residential remodels. Prior to her work in
the design field, Jennifer was the Partner
and Chief Operating Officer of Trammell Crow
Residential Services for the Western
division of the United States. She held her
position, prior to retirement in the field
of Property Management for 15 years and
oversaw all operations, marketing, sales and
design.
Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science
degree in Speech Communication/Theatrical
Arts from Northern AZ University and she
holds her Master of Arts degree from
Emerson, in Boston Mass.

Johna Molley,
Director of Sales and Marketing
Johna directs the national sales and
marketing efforts for MACHAON. From her
20-year career in Real Estate and
Hospitality management, Johna brings her
extensive experience in Sales Leadership,
Training and Coaching. Among Johna's most
recent successes, she was recently honored
with a Global Sales and Leadership Award and
Sales Leader of the year award from Marriott
International. She resides in Sammamish, WA
with her husband and daughter.

Bob E. Hayes, Ph.D., Director of Business
Development
Bob provides leadership in business
development across the entire customer
lifecycle (i.e., marketing, sales, service).
He has worked in management roles in the
medical evaluations industry and has
consulted with many Fortune 500 companies
including Boeing, Oracle, and Agilent
Technologies. He is a recognized expert in
customer loyalty management and business
growth, and author of the books,
Beyond the Ultimate Question (2009; how
to build an effective customer feedback
program to increase customer loyalty) and
Measuring Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
(2008; how to measure customer satisfaction,
customer loyalty and how to use that data to
drive business growth).
Dr. Hayes received
his Ph.D. in industrial organizational
psychology from Bowling Green State
University.
