ABOUT MACHAON
The name "MACHAON" (pronounced ma-kay-un) was chosen to portray a classical medical theme. The Greek ancestral architecture, philosophy, and artwork communicate and present a return to classical service characteristics that we see lacking in the current market.
We decided MACHAON, a notable, accomplished, ancient Greek army physician
found in Homer's Iliad would represent this theme well. MACHAON and Podalirius were two doctors in the Greek army during the war with
Troy. They were sons of Asclepius the son of Appollo.
